Traci and Diana, cousins and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, are passionate about communication and child development. With over 20 years of combined experience, they established SmallTalk Therapy Partners to provide practical support to parents in improving their children's communication skills and more. They focus on nurturing functional communication and social skills and empowering children to achieve their goals while supporting families every step of the way. Holding licenses in New York and Connecticut and certifications from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, they offer expert care with a personal touch.

Traci Casey

Traci is a co-founder of SmallTalk Therapy Partners and holds a Master's Degree from The College of Saint Rose and a Doctorate Degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals. Her expertise spans working with students from birth to school-aged children (ages 5 to 18).

With 17 years of experience and dual certification in New York and Connecticut, Traci has a rich background in providing services in homes, preschools, clinics, and private and public schools. She also offers coaching sessions to support families, teachers, and caregivers, fostering collaboration and generalization of communication skills.

Diana Brescia

Diana, co-founder of SmallTalk Therapy Partners, is a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist who is eager to build a connection with her clients and their families while being a helpful resource to families looking for expert help with their child’s speech and language development. She strives to provide high quality services that are engaging and individualized, while applying evidenced-based speech and language strategies that best fit the needs of her clients.

She has gained extensive experience in her field by working with a wide age range of children including Early Intervention, Preschool, and Elementary School-Age students in several settings including daycares, preschools, community and home-based settings, elementary schools, and private schools throughout Westchester and Putnam County.

In addition, Diana has supervised graduate students pursuing their master degree in speech and language during their externship placement. Diana is duly certified to provide speech and language services throughout New York and Connecticut.
